The Erplast company independently performs all constructions, foundations and performs assembly. Thanks to this, the company has control over the timely execution of construction works.
Foundations of supporting structures are made as alloys in formwork lost from concrete or reinforced concrete coils with external diameter selected to transfer loads from own weight and wind pressure in a given location. The design dimensions of the structure are determined at the stage of concreting foundations using geodetic instruments. Structural poles and side and bottom edges of the panel are located with the appropriate horizontal and vertical gauges, and in the case of road safety barriers with the maintenance of an appropriate width of the working road barrier.
Posts for signs
Galvanized steel pipes with a wall thickness adapted to the requirements of EN-12899-1: 2007. On request, different wall thicknesses, protected against corrosion, can be made in the hot-dip galvanizing process.
As standard, we install plastic plugs on the posts, which prevent water from accumulating in the post.

Flat lattice constructions
Flat trusses are designed for mounting medium-sized road boards. The supporting structure of the board consists of several trusses (2-5). They are concreted in the ground or bolted to the foundation's anchors. They are manufactured in various modules suitable for load transfer.
Spatial structures - usually in the form of three-band or four-mast poles, are used for the assembly of medium and large size boards. They are equipped with additional cross-bordering elements, which enable the assembly of the largest boards when only one foundation is made.
Boom constructions are used when it is not possible to place two foundations of a gantry crane or it is unnecessary for cost reasons. Often, you can not put a column in a too narrow separation zone or in places with limited visibility on arches.
Structures are made as trusses, designed for specific locations. There can be distinguished tubular, lattice and tubular grids. The first ones are used to hang signs, eg D6-pedestrian crossing. On such constructions, power sources such as solar panels and wind turbines are often installed.
Bigger booms, made of trusses, are designed for mounting tables and signs above the road. The largest overhang is 15 m from the axis of the pole. Correct design and installation of the boom ensures that the service condition is maintained.
Erplast manufactures tubular cross-section glands with rectangular cross-section, tubular two-wall and mesh girders. It is possible to make gates with any span. The largest realized spans reach 50 m. An example of such a realization is a gantry for pre-selective weighing of vehicles on A2 in front of the Słubice junction. They can be equipped with ladders and service platforms.
The constructions are designed by a specialized team of engineers. Knowledge and practice allow for the creation of economical and solid structures. During the selection of profiles, the following loads are taken into account: wind, which depends on the wind zone and the terrain category in which the structure is to be located, the own weight and, above all, the surface of the characters to be placed on it. The use of boards from a sandwich panel reduces the weight of the tables twice. With an area of up to 80 m2, this reduces the weight by 560 kg.
The construction of gates consists of foundations, pillars, a bolt and connecting elements. The constructions are protected against corrosion by a fire-resistant zinc coating.
